CHAIR YOGA

This 45 minute class focuses on building and maintaining strength and functional mobility. Poses are either performed seated or standing using the chair for balance.  This class is suitable for all ages and experience levels.

SLOW FLOW

This 60 minute class offers a mix of movement and stillness to allow time to connect breath, body, and mind.  Participants will explore a range of postures designed to enhance strength, balance, flexibility, and range of motion. The class welcomes yoga practitioners of all experience levels

POWER YOGA

This class is suitable for any level with a basic understanding of yoga. With a focus on strengthening (use of hand weights optional) while including all elements of a yoga practice - balance, flexibility, breath-work and mindfulness.

MEN’S YOGA

Although men are welcome in all of our classes, this class is especially designed for men, suitable for complete beginners and those with some experience. Learn different styles of yoga while delving into various yoga poses and breath techniques. A great opportunity to try something new in a relaxed environment. This class blends mindful movement with strength building designed to assist in daily functional living.

COGNITIVE YOGA

Cognitive Yoga encompasses a variety of practices, each designed to train the mind, much like how physical exercise trains the body. Key components include mindfulness meditation, focused attention exercises, visualization, and breathing techniques.

FLOW + RESTORE

Flow + Restore Yoga brings together the dynamic sequences of Vinyasa Flow and the nurturing relaxation of Restorative yoga, creating a unique fusion that encourages balance, rejuvenation, and transformation. STRETCH + BALANCE

This class is designed to enhance flexibility, balance, and mobility through light movement, deeper stretches, and balance poses. This class is perfect for beginners, seniors, and others looking to enhance flexibility and balance.

This class offers a holistic approach to physical rehabilitation and pain management. It addresses the physical aspects of recovery by enhancing flexibility, strength, and balance while providing valuable mental and emotional support
